This position is responsible for providing patient care under the supervision of licensed occupational therapy staff. **Essential Position Responsibilities** - Assist occupational therapist with patient care, as directed - Assist with maintaining records and patient schedules - Maintain department equipment including moving, disinfecting, and partnering with leadership regarding repair needs - Partner with department leadership regarding maintenance of department supplies **Qualifications** - **Education:** Must be a graduate of an accredited occupational therapy assistant program. - **Licensure and Certifications:** Arkansas OTA license and CPR, required. - **Experience:** Previous experience in a clinical setting, preferred. **Work Environment:** This position will spend up to 80% of the time standing and/or walking whole pushing, pulling, lifting and/or carrying up to 50 lbs and 20% of time sitting while performing work in a standard office environment.
