Must have an active Certified Nursing Assistant license in Rhode Island.** ## Requirements **Responsibilities** - Review care plans and provide care accordingly - Take vital signs and weight and document in the electronic charting system - Provide personal care for residents - Communicate and document changes in resident overall health - Follow protocols such as infection control, etc. - Identify and honor resident choices in daily living activities while maintaining a safe and supportive environment - Promote and participate in activities for the residents - Collaborate with care staff at all levels to serve the needs of the residents - Communicate with colleagues about observations and changes with residents - Light cleaning to maintain a clean and safe environment **Qualifications** - Successful completion of a Nursing Assistant program - Current State of Rhode Island CNA license and in good standing with registry - Positive attitude - Teamwork focused - Time management skills - Detail oriented
