Whether you're just getting started or looking to grow in your career, we offer a workplace **where you’re supported, appreciated, and empowered to thrive as you improve the lives of others in our senior living communities.** **What You’ll Do:** As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA), you’ll play a hands-on role in improving the lives of our residents by: - Providing compassionate, resident-centered care with dignity and respect. - Administering medications accurately, maintaining precise records, and utilizing our electronic health records system (Yardi). - Working closely with licensed nursing staff, to implement resident care plans and follow established protocols. - Collaborating with a supportive, tight-knit team. - Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and team members. ## Requirements **What We’re Looking For:** - An active state-required CNA and/or CMA certification. - A heart for helping others and a desire to grow in healthcare. - A positive, team-oriented mindset. - The ability to assist residents with limited mobility, lift/push/pull up to 50lbs.
