What You’ll Do Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Monitor and record vital signs Support safe mobility and transfers Prepare and serve meals according to individual needs Communicate clearly and compassionately with residents, families, and team members Observe and promptly report any changes in residents’ conditions What We’re Looking For Active CNA certification in Virginia in good standing Genuine passion for providing compassionate, resident-focused care Strong teamwork skills and a positive, professional attitude Commitment to a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment Dependable, patient, and physically able to assist with transfers Eagerness to learn and grow in a supportive community Previous experience working in a skilled nursing facility is a plus At The Village at Orchard Ridge, you’re more than a CNA—you’re a valued member of a community dedicated to making every day extraordinary for our residents.
