Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA, Hospice Visits

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an experienced Nurses Aide, CNA for a full-time opportunity to complete hospice visits to clients located throughout New Castle County . As a Home Health Aide, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides home health aide, skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home. A Home Health Aide / Certified Nurse Aide must: Have at least one year of work experience Must be listed on the Delaware Aide Registry, active and in good standing.
