In this role, you'll help ensure patients receive compassionate care, accurate assessments, and appropriate follow-up throughout their healthcare experience. - Welcome patients, manage check-in, answer multi-line phones, and direct calls and messages appropriately. - Assist patients with activities of daily care while promoting comfort, safety, and dignity. - Obtain vital signs, perform assigned procedures, and support providers with patient care needs. - Communicate with patients regarding questions, concerns, and care instructions. - Support the nursing team by completing clinical tasks and maintaining efficient patient flow. - Follow healthcare policies, procedures, and public health guidelines while contributing to a positive team environment. - **Performs a variety of tasks and other duties as assigned** **Who We're Looking For** We're looking for a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant who is dedicated to providing excellent patient care while supporting providers and the nursing team.
