Your role as a CNA is vital to ensuring our residents receive the best care possible. **Responsibilities:** - Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. - Monitor and record vital signs, and report any changes to the nursing staff. - Provide emotional support and companionship to residents. - Help maintain a clean and safe environment for residents. **Qualifications:** - Active Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification in Illinois. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Compassionate and patient demeanor. - Ability to work effectively in a team. **A few details:** - After training is completed, CNAs will float between departments as needed to optimize resident care **Compensation and Benefits:** The pay for this position is $24.00 per hour. Bonuses equaling up to 2% of salary annually are available based on performance, generally in the spring and fall each year. Differentials in the amount of $1.50 per hour are paid for any shift worked between the hours of 7:00pm and 7:00am.
