**Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) - $4,000 Sign On Bonus Available** Schedule: 4x10 hour shifts The PACE Certified Nurse Assistants (CNA) are responsible for providing the highest quality of skilled and non-skilled care in the PACE day center where the participants participate in activities, socialize, and enjoy lunch together. The CNA will follow the established plan-of-care for each participant that may include ADL activities, monitoring vital signs, and communicating any concerns or changes to the proper IDT member. **What is PACE?** PACE or Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly is a federal and state funded program that provides comprehensive, coordinated, and proactive whole-person care to help maintain and improve seniors' health so they can live safely in their homes. There are 180 PACE programs, serving more than 80,700 participants in 33 states.
