If you’re an experienced technician looking for strong pay, career growth, and a healthy work-life balance, Giles Nissan is the place for you. ### **Why Join Giles Nissan?** We believe in investing in our technicians and providing a workplace where skilled professionals can thrive. **What We Offer** -Compensation: based on experience with bonus opportunities for internal, warranty, and customer-pay work -Training: paid manufacturer training and schooling -Career Growth: advancement opportunities with promotion potential within 6 months -Benefits: Medical, Dental, 401(k) retirement plan with company matching -Incentives: annual Christmas bonus and paid vacation time -Support: superior support from our great team of management and service staff. ### **Responsibilities** -Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and according to dealership standards -Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and HVAC -Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic equipment to identify issues -Communicate with service advisors regarding needed repairs and timelines -Perform warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications -Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism ### **Qualifications** -3+ years of automotive service technician experience preferred -ASE certifications strongly preferred -A-level diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair experience -Strong understanding of modern vehicle technologies -Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment -Must have own tools -Valid driver’s license with a good driving record -Team-oriented attitude with strong work ethic -High school diploma or GED required -Must pass background check and drug screening ### **About Giles Automotive Group** We are Giles Automotive Group.
