Preferred qualifications: Experience facilitating workshops and collaborating with technical subject matter experts to scope exam materials. Experience working in IT certification programs with exposure to performance-based testing solutions and psychometric processes. Experience managing certification projects, responding to exam security incidents, and managing stakeholders. Experience editing complex technical content for voice, style, and clarity across global programs. Experience utilizing AI or machine learning tools to optimize exam development workflows alongside familiarity with cloud computing. Responsibilities Manage the exam development lifecycle, including blueprinting, item development, analysis, and ongoing maintenance, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices. Lead job task analysis, item development trainings, workshops, and technical reviews with highly-skilled technical subject matter experts (cloud architects, data engineers, developers). Monitor and enforce program policies, including responding to applicant inquiries and exam security incidents. Monitor industry innovations and best practices to continuously improve certification processes and offerings.
