Since founding Knowunity straight out of high school in 2020, we've been committed to revolutionising how students learn. Millions of students already use our AI learning companion weekly. We just raised a €27m Series B round from strong Investors - one of Europe’s largest education rounds in the past years. The AI learning market is at an inflection point, finally enabling true personalisation at scale, and we're determined to build the first AI learning unicorn in this space. You will join a truly driven team of 60 hands-on builders serving 1 billion students worldwide. If we execute on our product vision, you will have built something that transforms education globally. This is your chance to be part of building a generational company. YOUR MISSION The problem you will solve: We're moving at unprecedented speed to capture the AI learning market, but our CEO and leadership team are bottlenecked on critical growth initiatives that could accelerate our DAU and ARR towards unicorn status. Your ownership: You will own and drive 2-3 high-impact projects that directly unlock revenue growth and operational efficiency - from optimising our sales funnel to spearheading market expansion across countries and verticals You will build data models and strategic frameworks that inform decisions on market entry and product positioning You will eliminate execution friction for our leadership team by taking full ownership of cross-functional initiatives from research through to implementation Why this matters: Every project you complete accelerates our timeline to serve 1 billion students. Your work directly impacts our North Stars: growing ARR and DAUs while we race to establish market dominance. What success looks like: Within 3-6 months, you will have delivered measurable outcomes - whether that’s an improvement in sales conversion, a validated expansion strategy or automations that save our teams time each week. WHO YOU ARE Your mindset You are the type of person who: Thinks like an owner, not an intern - you don’t wait for detailed instructions; you identify what needs to be done and figure out how to do it exceptionally well Thrives in high-stakes environments - the pressure of building something that could transform education for billions energises rather than intimidates you Executes with startup speed - you can go from insight to implementation in days, not weeks, and you naturally bias towards action over analysis paralysis Leverages AI - as a force multiplier in everything you do - from research to analysis to creation Values excellence over comfort - mediocrity isn’t in your vocabulary Your track record You have already proven you can deliver impact in high-pressure environments - whether through previous internships at top consulting firms, founding your own venture or leading significant university projects. Must-haves Top-tier university (business, economics, or quantitative field) Previous experience in consulting, high-growth startup, or similar university projects Analytical mindset with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights Native/fluent English; German is a plus Available to work from our Berlin office 5 days/week (with some flexibility!)
