Southcoast Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer. ## Responsibilities Under general supervision of the Nurse Manager or Designee, perform a variety of duties including process, sterile and distribute instruments and other supplies in a clean condition. Responsible for ensuring that all items processed for sterilization have met the criteria before leaving the department. Perform other related duties as required including periodic off-site training. ## Qualifications - Equal to completion of high school plus additional courses or training. - Requires successful completion of a Central Service training course with certification within two (2) years of employment. - Prior hospital experience is preferred. - Limited computer skills are required. - Must have Central Services Certification within two (2) years of employment. - Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired. - Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience. ## Pay Range USD $19.20 - USD $28.65 /Hr.
