This role serves as the primary liaison between the Centralized Matching Team, casework staff, provider agencies, and the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) to ensure timely and accurate referral processing. Reporting to the **Administrator**, this position is responsible for maintaining referral documentation, managing data across multiple systems, coordinating communication between internal and external stakeholders, and supporting the efficient operation of the Central Matching Team.
