**Registered Behavior Technician/ RBT** **Intro:** Propel Autism is looking for fun, engaging RBT’s who are excited about making a difference in the lives of children with Autism. If you are a Registered Behavior Technician looking for a company committed to providing you with supportive, in person supervision from BCBA’s who are invested in your growth and development, we’d love to hear from you! **As a Center-based RBT you will:** - Provide one on one therapy focused on skill acquisition to a child in the Propel clinic - Accompany your client throughout their day, capturing and contriving learning opportunities in the natural environment. - Collaboratively scaffold your client’s social interactions with their peers and their participation in group activities in the clinic. - Prioritize pairing daily, using play and engagement to build a strong relationship with your client - Keep your client’s dignity and assent at the forefront of all interactions - Take accurate data and write detailed session notes that are submitted same day as services being delivered. **Wellness and Development Supports Propel offers:** - 10 days paid time off/vacation - 11 paid company holidays - Individualized health insurance plan provided by Propel - Career development opportunities and strong focus on promotion from within - Regular supervision, continuing education, and mentorship opportunities provided by **in person,** committed BCBA’s. - Supervised fieldwork hours towards board certification for BCBA candidates - 60% of scheduled hours are guaranteed - Three schedule options for full time employees to give flexibility to employees pursuing educational advancement **You will need:** - An RBT certification through the BACB (bacb.com) - A high school diploma at minimum, Bachelor’s degree preferred - Must pass Propel administered background check - Must have an active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance **About Propel Autism:** Our mission is to transform the lives of children with Autism and their families by providing consistent, high-quality care, coordinated with other healthcare providers and backed by the latest research, data and technology.
