We measure success by how we touch the lives of people inside and outside our walls. **What You will Get:** - A company culture where everyone matters - Healthcare + Dental + Vision + 401k with Employer match - Career development and mentoring - Tuition Reimbursement - Annual flu immunization - Holiday, personal and vacation days - Local and national discounts - Wellness offerings **Summary/Objective:** The driver is responsible for transporting finished chassis to the customer. **Essential Functions:** Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. - Observance of all safety rules and policies maintained by the company; - Final inspection of finished chassis and repair of minor defects; - Preparation of finished chassis for transportation through appropriate stabilization and safety procedures; - Delivery of finished chassis to customer following approved delivery routes and specified delivery areas; - Unloading of finished chassis at appropriate destination through approved procedures; - Coordination of necessary paperwork at the time of departure, at time of delivery, and at time of return; - Receipt and delivery of miscellaneous goods as is necessary or assigned; - Rotation of position into production team structure as necessary; - Assistance in repair work as necessary; - Maintenance of good housekeeping practices at all times **Competencies:** - Must be able to work as a part of a team to achieve the company’s overall goals; - Must demonstrate clear verbal and written communication skills (English); - Must be able to read and process written communication including, but not - limited to, work orders, and measurements; - Must be able to meet production goals and time deadlines for company projects; - Must be able to work with minimum supervision; - Must demonstrate competency in transportation and over-the-road responsibilities; - Must demonstrate welding competency and knowledge of welding systems; - Must be able to rotate to other production positions as the need arises or as is deemed necessary; - Must be able to operate a Lift Truck or Tractor as necessary; - Must possess successful problem solving skills; - Must be able to exhibit tact and diplomacy and maintain professional relationships with supervisors, fellow employees, customers, etc.; - Must be able to work under physically and mentally stressful situations; - Must be able to prioritize and easily adapt to changes through the day. **Qualifications:** Lift Truck Operators License preferred (training available). **Supervisory Responsibility:** This role does not have any supervisory responsibility upon hiring. **Physical Demands:** The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
