CDL Class A Truck Driver – Home Daily (Local Routes) Department: Retail / Logistics Employment Type: Hourly Reports To: Manager, Logistics & Aftermarket Sales; Coordinator, Logistics Why You’ll Love This Job • Home Daily – No Over-the-Road • Mostly No-Touch Freight (Drop & Go) • Consistent Local Routes • Stable, full-time hours What You’ll Do • Deliver and pick up donated items between donation sites and retail stores • Transport salvage goods from retail locations to the warehouse • Follow all DOT regulations and company safety standards • Maintain delivery schedules and communicate with the logistics team • Perform other duties as assigned Requirements • Valid CDL Class A license (required) • Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience (required) • Ability to drive manual (stick shift) trucks (required) • High school diploma or equivalent • Ability to pass a road test • Good driving record – Less than 6 points on license is required Skills for Success • Strong safety awareness and sound judgment • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks • Clear communication and ability to follow instructions • Strong organizational skills and adaptability Physical Requirements • Ability to sit for extended periods while driving • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly • Frequent bending, reaching, and handling of materials Work Environment • Exposure to varying weather and road conditions • Work in traffic, warehouse, and loading environments • Exposure to noise, equipment, and vehicle operation Additional Information This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
