This role requires precision, adherence to safety protocols, and excellent customer service skills. Your responsibilities will include: **Application & Logistics:** - Safely and accurately apply litter amendments in poultry facilities according to customer specifications. - Operate and maintain application equipment, including trucks and specialized machinery. - Monitor application rates and adjust equipment settings as needed. - Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for handling, loading, and applying chemicals such as chlorine-based solutions, acids, pesticides, and disinfectants. - Deliver exceptional service by being punctual, professional, and responsive to customer needs. **Compliance & Safety:** - Adhere to all biosecurity and safety protocols while handling chemicals and operating equipment. - Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including masks, gloves, boot coverings, and eye/ear protection. - Maintain accurate records of materials used, application rates, and service details. - Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding hazardous materials. **Equipment Maintenance:** - Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on application equipment. - Conduct pre- and post-operation inspections to ensure safe and efficient operations. **Who You Are:** We’re looking for ambitious go-getters who have: - Willingness to learn and train in a new profession. - Ability to work a flexible schedule based on demand. - Capable of maneuvering vehicles and equipment in confined environments. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. **Key Qualifications:** - Valid CDL required for the position. - Successful candidates will be required to maintain hazardous materials and tanker endorsements on CDL. - High school diploma or equivalent; no prior industry experience necessary. - Clean motor vehicle record (MVR) with no preventable accident history. - Strong customer service and communication skills. **Working Conditions:** - Work environments include confined poultry housing, outdoor sites, and warehouse operations. - Exposure to dust, ammonia, chemicals, humidity, and varying weather conditions. - Regular physical activity, including lifting up to 60 lbs., squatting, twisting, and climbing stairs. **Ready to Build a Future with C&S?** If you’re ready to join a company that val…
