This role is ideal for CNA’s who want to stay in client care while transitioning into behavioral health, mental health, or addiction services. Key responsibilities include: - Monitor and document client activities to ensure safety and accountability - Conduct facility rounds every two hours (hourly during visitation) - Assist with client admissions, discharges, and documentation - Administer or oversee medication distribution (training provided) - Perform drug screenings and breathalyzer tests - Maintain accurate electronic medical records (Procentive) - Support facility cleanliness and client chore completion - Provide transportation using company vehicles - Utilize de‑escalation skills to support clients during difficult moments - Prepare simple meals when needed - Attend required meetings and training sessions This role blends structure, teamwork, and client interaction — without the physical demands of traditional CNA work.
