This position will manage a youth program working with kids of varying ages. You will help guide them through Individual Skills Development and Enhancement, Medication Management, and Wellness Management services. **Your Key Responsibilities Include:** - Leading the CCS program day-to-day, overseeing staff, scheduling, training, and ensuring quality services and compliance. - A mix of office work and community integration to provide hands-on support to our amazing clients. - Ensuring the program runs smoothly during service hours, including on-call duties when needed. **What We’re Looking For:** - Managerial experience is a bonus, but we’re willing to train the right person! - A reliable vehicle and current state insurance (for when you need to drive to client locations). - A heart for helping others and a passion for making a difference! **Hours:** Based on 40 hours work week.
