CCA Foundation Student Ambassador

The CCA Foundation is the philanthropic arm of the college, primarily fundraising for scholarships, program support, and so much more. We are seeking a Student Ambassador to coordinate basic office administration duties, as well as assist with scholarship promotion, donor communication and engagement, and the annual Beyond Scholarship Breakfast and College Without Walls Luncheon. This is the perfect role for someone who is interested in working in the non-profit sector or looking for entry-level administrative and customer service experience.**JOB DUTIES** - Assist Scholarship & Donor Impact Coordinator with CCA Foundation Scholarship application marketing, workshops, tabling, and other promotional activities. - Collect, log, and proof-read Scholarship recipient thank you notes and associated documentation. Conduct outreach to students with missing items. - Create Donor Thank You letters using Canva. - Assist Donor Engagement Manager with weekly donations and donor meeting notes in database management system ReNXT. - Assist with Colorado Gives Day administrative tasks including writing and mailing donor thank you cards. - Assist with Beyond Scholarship Breakfast and College Without Walls Luncheon (event logistics, vendor and sponsor communication, etc.). - Assist with Scholarship interviews for Aurora Gives and Presidential Scholars. - Assist with Foundation Board Meeting preparation and set-up. - Office organization and basic administrative tasks such as making copies, ordering supplies, answering phones, etc. - Participate in donor meetings with Executive Director and Senior director of Development. - Other duties as assigned. **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** - Customer service experience with a friendly demeanor as this position interacts with students, donors, and CCA staff and faculty. - Attention to detail and above average writing skills - Confidentiality- the Student Ambassador will have access to scholarship award and donor information. They must exhibit professionalism and sensitivity as they deal with confidential financial information. - Experience with Canva is a plus. **ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS** - Must have completed FAFSA on file - Must be enrolled in a minimum six (6) credit hours - Must NOT have yet obtained 1st Bachelor's Degree - Must be seeking an eligible program of study By applying for this announced position, applicants are certifying that all statements, information and documents provided are true, complete and correct to the best of their knowledge and are made in good faith.
