Catering Hub Supervisor

As a Catering Hub Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing a quality catering service which involves food preparation, regeneration and presentation. You will be responsible for directing and supervising a team of catering assistants, both on-site and off-site dining centres. As part of your development, you will undergo further training in The Royal Environmental Health Institute of Scotland (REHIS) and supervisory skills training. You will be a flexible, adaptable individual with effective organisational and interpersonal skills. With basic cooking, preparation and food presentation skills, you will have previous experience of working in catering, previous experience of directing and supervising catering assistants, an elementary food hygiene certificate and working knowledge of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP).
