**We are looking for compassionate and experienced Night Senior Care Assistants to join our team at Maurice House on a casual basis.** **This casual position offers flexible hours to suit both your availability and the needs of the care home.** As Senior Care Assistant, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred care. You will create and update care plans that prioritise individual needs, promoting health, well-being, and independence. Assessing and managing risks will be key to ensuring beneficiaries feel safe while maintaining their autonomy. Monitoring physical, mental, and psychological health will be a core part of your role, ensuring timely interventions when needed. You will also manage shifts effectively, mentor team members, and foster a positive and supportive working environment. You’ll also contribute to continuous improvement by engaging in quality assurance activities, training, audits, and policy development.
