Provide initial and/or direct mental health support services to individual students, couples, and groups regarding a wide range of personal and academic concerns. These services include intake, assessment, case management, and crisis intervention. 2. Develop, implement, and evaluate educational programming and outreach for the campus community on topics including but not limited to sexual assault, suicide prevention, and alcohol/substance abuse. 3. Provide consultation and professional development activities for faculty, administration, and staff regarding interpreting and advocating for addressing the psychological and developmental needs of students. 4. Provide case management services for students in collaboration with the behavior intervention team. 5. Assist with data collection and analysis of data for annual and comprehensive unit reviews. 6. Participate in campus initiatives designed to enhance student well-being, for example: Pau Violence Committee, Basic Needs Committee, Kaao Student Success Conference, etc. 7. Assumes other related duties as assigned. 8. Duties may include but not be limited to nights and weekends **Minimum Qualifications:** 1. Master's in Counseling Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or related field. 2. 2 years experience in supporting mental health services. 3. Working knowledge of legal and ethical considerations when providing mental health services. 4. Experience developing prevention/education programming and presenting in front of large groups. 5. Experience with case management and handling confidential information. 6. Strong organization and communication skills. 7. Experience collaborating across disciplines and advocating for others. 8. Experience addressing safety concerns such as interpersonal violence, self-harming, suicidal behavior, or threats of violence. **Desirable Qualifications:** 1. Knowledge of current clinical, legal, and ethical issues relevant to college mental health services. 2. Experience providing culturally responsive counseling to diverse populations. 3. Experience providing mental health services in a higher education institution. 4. Experience designing and implementing health and wellness programming. 5.
