Cashier/Receptionist

Benefits: - 401K with excellent matching plan - Paid holidays - 40 hours sick time per year - Paid vacation - Full medical and dental Insurance available RESPONSIBILITIES: - Calculate the customer’s bill using the dealership’s computer system - Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order and/or counter ticket - Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers - Answer phones and direct consumer to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner - Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution - Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold - Filing of repair orders and parts tickets - End of day cash out - Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed QUALIFICATIONS: - Experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus - Available to Monday through Friday 7:30-4:00 - Must have a valid driver’s license - Positive attitude - Able to work in a fast-paced work environment - Excellent customer service skills. - Professional appearance and work ethic. - Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug test to employment *Lorensen Auto Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
