What your day-to-day will look like Manage bank balances, statements, and daily reconciliations. Process payments and execute high-value transactions with accuracy and compliance. Maintain daily cash flow updates and support month-end closing activities. Analyze financial variances and resolve settlement exceptions. Manage end-to-end settlement operations and Accounts Payable (AP) processes. Act as the primary operational contact for banking partners. Identify process improvement opportunities, driving automation and operational efficiency. Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. Support internal and external audits by preparing operational documentation. Lead initiatives to standardize processes, reduce manual work, and improve operational stability. What you need to shine in this role Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with global teams and participate in business meetings. Strong theoretical and hands-on experience in Treasury, Finance Operations, or related areas. Experience contributing to medium-complexity projects, including planning, execution, and progress tracking. Proficiency in analytical and data modeling tools to generate business insights and support strategic decision-making. Ability to independently extract, analyze, and interpret data. Experience with Alteryx for data automation and analytics. Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. Nice-to-have qualifications Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership for low- to medium-complexity projects and team initiatives.
