**Full-Time** **Multi-Program Case Manager Needed in Rhode Island!** **Schedule:** Full-Time; 40 hours per week (hours may vary based on business needs - typically between the hours of 7:00AM - 7:00PM) **Become a part of the Groden Center, a program that is internationally known for evidence-based programs, innovative work in self-control, effective coping procedures, and research. This position works interchangeably between three different programs: Family Preservation Program (FPP), Treatment Foster Care (TFC), and Parent and Family Empowerment Program (PFEP).** **This is an excellent opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children, adolescents, young adults as well as adults with autism and other developmental disabilities!** Excellent Comprehensive Benefit Package!! - $2,000 Bonus for verified bilingual skills (speak, read, write) - Company Paid 80% of Health Insurance with Blue Cross Blue Shield - Company Paid 100% of Dental Insurance with Delta Dental (Individual) - Vision Insurance with VSP - Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) - Flexible Spending Account (FSA) - Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (DCFSA) - 401K with Company Match - Free Long Term Disability Insurance - Free Life Insurance - AFLAC - Low staffing ratios - Voluntary Pet Insurance - Tuition Reimbursement - Generous Paid Time Off - 12 Paid Holidays - Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - Tuition reimbursement - Opportunities for paid CEUs - Mileage Reimbursement - Monthly Cell Phone Stipend **Job Description:** - Responsible for a case load of clients referred by the Department of Children, Youth and Families or community providers - Collaborate with FPP, TFC, and PFEP Clinical Supervisors, Program Director, DCYF, and outside providers to assess client and family needs - Participate in the development of a client-centered treatment plan and instructional strategies for FPP, TFC and PFEP clients and families - Coordinate activities and materials that support all aspects of development - Work directly with parents and children to apply instructional strategies - Responsible for data collection and management of treatment plan progress - Provide transportation for children enrolled in programs - Maintain confidentiality when interacting with clients, families, and providers - Conform to all requirements of Medicaid - Utilize work time appropriately to maximize productivity - Perform other duties as assigned **Education, Experience and Special Skills:** - Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Education, Psychology, Behavioral Health, or in a related field - Child welfare experience preferred - Knowledge of developmental disabilities, child development, family assessment, functional behavioral analysis, positive program development, and community resources - Experience with negotiation, collaboration, problem solving, and decision making - Maintain a valid driver's license, current vehicle registration and insurance (driving record must meet the guidelines and requirements of the organization)
