Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a **Case Manager** at **Tampa Bay Girls Academy** in Tampa, Florida✨✨✨ Tampa Bay Girls Academy - Secure is comprised of multiple co-located residential commitment programs serving high-risk and max-risk females' youth aged 12-21. These programs provide services utilizing evidence-based practices to provide comprehensive care, treatment, and supervision. In this role, the Case Manager collaborates with other professional staff to establish and meet the goals of each youth's treatment plan by providing individual counseling and skill development and communicate with families, probation officers, referral agencies, etc. on the progress each youth on your case load. Case Managers provide an atmosphere that is supportive of the youth’s needs; monitor and document clinical behaviors and activities; and participate and assist with educational, social, athletic and recreational activities. **To be considered you should:** - **Have a BA/BS in a related field**. - **Have prior case management experience, including 3 years with youth and/or juvenile placement agencies.** - **Have a desire to work with troubled teens.** - Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test. - **Apply today and Make a Difference in the Lives of Youth!** After 41 years of improving the lives of youth, we are looking for passionate advocates to continue the legacy of helping young people become successful adults.
