**Hourly wage $22.00 - $24.20 ($40,040 - $44,044 a year)** **Growth advancement opportunities/career ladder with the first opportunity of a 10% wage increase within 6 months to a year of hire.** - PTO – vacation (16-24 days a year based on longevity) Sick leave 12 days a year, and 13 paid holidays. - Ability to work a 4-day schedule after 6 months on the job. (LifeLock) - Employee Assistance Program. - Family Medical Leave, Paid Family Leave, Military Leave, Bereavement Leave, Jury Duty Leave, Bone Marrow and Blood Donation Leave, Voting Time Leave, Election Leave, and Leaves for Crime Victims and Domestic Violence Victims. - Employees may be eligible for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness program to have student loans forgiven. - Free covered parking. - Additional benefits available. **Job Duties:** The successful candidate will be expected to: - Work as part of a team to provide case management to individuals receiving services in the community through OPWDD funding (Self Direction program)**.** - Support individuals with disabilities to utilize their services and funds to live in the community. - Communicate (primarily via phone, email or zoom) with the individuals and their support team, assisting them to utilize their budget according to OPWDD rules and regulations. - Obtain and maintain required documentation. Review all documentation for accuracy and guidelines adherence. - Document all communications. **Education:** - A Bachelor or Master of Social Work degree is preferred. - A college degree in Human Services or related field will be considered. - A high school diploma or equivalent is required. - Experience providing OPWDD funded services or other case management services may be considered in lieu of higher education. **Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:** - 2 years of Case Management experience required. Higher education will be considered in lieu of experience. - Strong customer service and computer skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. **Travel Required:** Minimal **Location**: Utica, NY RCIL is a civil rights organization that offers individuals with disabilities a wide range of independent living and advocacy services through the numerous programs we manage.
