Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required car insurance.* **Minimum Qualifications:** **All New Employees will complete the Case Manager Academy Training Program** **Case Manager - Level I** - Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of a bachelor’s degree in a human services field\* and one (1) year of professional experience working directly with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities or in social work, case management, special education, psychology, counseling, vocational rehabilitation, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, nursing or a closely related field; - **OR** possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing to practice professional nursing and one year of experience working directly with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
