The Case Manager I works as a member of a multi-disciplinary team providing case management and treatment readiness. The team works to assist clients in addressing all treatment needs, including crisis management, substance abuse treatment, physical health treatment, mental health treatment, accessing benefits and entitlements, accessing appropriate and affordable housing, accessing employment and educational opportunities. **Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (Saturday & Sunday Off) **Location:** Golden West (707 NW Everett St. Portland, OR 97209) **Compensation:** $23.30 - $30.91/hr *\*Final comp will be determined based on relevant experience, education, credentials/licensure, and internal equity. Must pass an initial drivers training within 60 days of being an approved driver and continued recertification training. - Understanding of recovery terminology and ability to apply the concepts highly preferred. - Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. - Physical ability to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, reach, pull and lift heavy objects and climb stairs several times a day, with reasonable or no accommodation. - Will be required to carry an agency cell phone for work use.
