As our firm continues to grow, we’re looking to bring on a Case Manager / Negotiator who will play a vital role in our pre-litigation team. This is more than a support role — it’s a high-impact position responsible for client communication, document coordination, and, most importantly, negotiating directly with insurance adjusters to maximize case value. You’ll be the voice clients trust and the advocate who helps bring resolution when they need it most. What you'll do: Negotiation & Settlement Strategy: Lead negotiation efforts with insurance adjusters or opposing counsel to reach favorable settlements for pre-litigation personal injury cases. Demand Package Preparation: Review medical records, bills, and supporting documentation to prepare compelling demand letters and case summaries. Client Support & Communication: Maintain regular contact with clients to provide case updates, guide them through treatment schedules, discuss settlement offers, and ensure they feel informed and supported throughout the negotiation process. Medical Records & Case Documentation: Request, organize, and analyze medical records and bills to support case development, demand preparation, and effective settlement negotiations. Treatment Monitoring: Monitor treatment progress and follow up with clients to gather updates, address concerns, and facilitate necessary adjustments. Insurance Claims Coordination: Oversee the end-to-end claims process to ensure timely, accurate submissions and maintain strong communication with insurance providers to help drive successful and efficient settlements. Attorney Collaboration: Work closely with attorneys to relay critical case updates, share medical and settlement insights, and support strategy development and decision-making throughout the negotiation process. Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, medical providers, insurance representatives, and other key stakeholders to streamline case management and support favorable case outcomes. What we're looking for: Background: 4–5 years of experience in a personal injury law firm, with a strong track record in pre-litigation case handling, client communication, and settlement negotiation. Experience reviewing medical records and working closely with attorneys or adjusters is essential. Candidates with prior experience as insurance claims adjusters or in similar roles are also encouraged to apply.
