The Welcome Center Case Aide – Record Assistant provides supervision and care to children, provides services to families and children in various social service programs with the Department of Child Safety. **What You’ll Do** As an **Assistant Case Manager/Case Aide-Record Assistant** at the **Welcome Center**, you’ll: Manage and respond to email inquiries Conduct inventory maintenance, organization, and purging. Document and file organization, scanning and filing, tracking and input. Responsible for ensuring that appropriate supplementary paperwork accompanies child(ren) to placement. Ensuring the digital in center log is up-to-date. Document client interactions, activities, and case-related actions Assist clients with application processes and required paperwork Participate in professional meetings and deliver goods as requested Provide case assistance to participants involved in child safety services Provide trauma-informed care to children Transport clients and ensure proper use of child safety seats Engage, observe, and interact with children, including daily care tasks (e.g., diapering, potty training, bathing, lice treatment, observing, playing, dispensing medication, feeding and comforting). Perform housekeeping functions, including laundry, meal preparation, dishwashing, and general cleaning. You may also be required to work outside of regular hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
