**Benefits:** - Competitive salary - Flexible schedule - Free uniforms **Job Position Description:** This position is responsible for maintaining the floors by vacuuming the carpets, stairwells, some sweeping/mopping of VCT. He/she is a part of a team performing these duties using an upright and or backpack vacuum. Shift is Monday thru Friday, 5-9 p.m. $15.25hr. Other duties may be Assigned as needed: - Overall duties include daily vacuuming, dust moping/wet moping - Perform all cleaning duties using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures - Maintain equipment, proper care of tools. - Use proper PPE where required - Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn. - Experience working for a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital or school is a plus. - Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time - Has respect and understanding for customer - Must be able to communicate in English, using apps when necessary. **Physical Demands and Qualifications:** - Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching over head, reaching forward.
