## Description ### **Position Summary** Steamy Concepts Carpet Cleaning is seeking a reliable and hardworking Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our team. This role involves operating truck-mounted steam cleaning equipment to deliver high-quality cleaning services for residential and commercial clients. Technicians will be responsible for carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, upholstery cleaning, area rug care, and air duct cleaning while providing excellent customer service. * * * ### **Key Responsibilities** - Operate truck-mounted steam cleaning systems safely and efficiently - Perform carpet cleaning services using hot water extraction (steam cleaning) methods - Clean and restore tile and grout surfaces - Provide upholstery and area rug cleaning services - Perform air duct cleaning according to company standards - Inspect job sites and determine appropriate cleaning methods - Set up and break down equipment at each job site - Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles and equipment - Communicate clearly with customers regarding services, expectations, and results - Upsell additional services when appropriate - Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and industry best practices * * * ### **Qualifications** - Previous carpet cleaning or related experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate) - Ability to operate or learn truck-mounted cleaning systems - Strong work ethic and attention to detail - Good communication and customer service skills - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record - Ability to work independently and as part of a team * * * ### **Physical Requirements** - Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly - Comfortable working in various environments (homes, businesses, outdoors) - Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and move for extended periods - Capability to handle hoses, equipment, and repetitive tasks * * * ### **Work Environment** - Field-based position traveling to customer locations - Exposure to cleaning chemicals, dust, and varying temperatures - Fast-paced, physically active work environment **Location:** 3226 South Fair Lane Tempe, AZ 85282 **** **Why Join Us?** - Competitive pay and benefits - Opportunities for career growth and training - Work in a supportive and team-oriented environment - Make a difference by helping people recover from unexpected events - Willing to work on call when is need it. **Benefits:** - 401(k) - 401(k) matching - Dental insurance - Health insurance - Paid time off - Vision insurance
