Your work directly impacts these offices’ financial success by increasing collections and reducing claim denials. - Submit and manage insurance claims to ensure maximum reimbursement. - Resolve claim denials by drafting and submitting appeals with supporting documentation. - Post payments, pull electronic funds transfers (EFTs), and generate financial reports for assigned offices. - Attend weekly client meetings to provide updates and address billing concerns. - Ensure proper claim documentation by attaching narratives, images, and chart notes. **Qualifications:** We’re searching for driven professionals who thrive in an independent, remote work environment. - Experience – At least one year of Dental Billing experience required (insurance claim processing, AR follow-up, appeals, etc.); two years preferred. - Technical Proficiency – Comfortable using **CareStack practice management software** and Google Suite. - Problem Solver – A positive, solutions-oriented approach to challenges. - Detail-Oriented – Strong accuracy, compliance, and documentation skills. - Self-Disciplined – Ability to work independently while meeting goals and upholding our brand promises. - Personable - must work well with others in a team environment. - Time Management – Flexibility is great, but staying organized and meeting deadlines is key. - Education - High school or equivalent (Required) **Compensation:** **Commission-based** with the potential of $40,000 - $80,000+ annually for full-time success consultants, depending on the number and type of offices assigned.
