**ComForCare Home Care - New Braunfels** has a service area from San Marcos to Schertz, Canyon Lake to Seguin, and the surrounding cities. **Open Client Shifts:** - **New Braunfels** - Monday - Friday 10a-2p, PRN 2 days - **New Braunfels** - Monday - Friday 5pm-9pm / Saturday and Sunday PRN - **Canyon Lake -** Monday - Friday 8a-4p / Saturday and Sunday PRN - **Universal City** - Monday - Saturday PRN - **Other shifts available** - Daytime / Weekend / Overnight, ranging from 4-12 hours **Services our caregivers provide for clients are:** - Activities of daily living - Personal care - Ambulation/transfers - Safety supervision/fall prevention - Meal prep/light housekeeping - Transportation **Compensation:** - Base rate: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour - Weekend differential of additional $1 on top of base pay - Travel reimbursement between clients **Other Benefits:** - Merit pay increases - Paid time off (PTO) – full time and part time - Paid professional training – 12 continuing education hours each year with Relias online learning - Dementia training and certification with our agency and Alzheimer’s Association - Flexibility based on your schedule, from PRN to 12-hour days/nights - Thoughtfully matched caregivers with clients (personality, needs, location, availability) **Our ideal caregiver**: - 18 years or older - At least 1 year direct hands-on caregiver experience (family counts!) - A good driver with reliable transportation and valid driver's license - Someone who demonstrates our core values: ***Care Like Family - Serve Passionately - Dignity Matters - Be Present & Engaged - Have Fun!*** **Our agency owners and office staff have 50+ years of caregiving experience.** We make every effort to support our caregivers and help build strong relationships between our clients and caregivers.
