Responsibilities may include: - Providing companionship and emotional support - Assisting with transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities - Offering medication reminders - Preparing meals and assisting with basic nutrition - Performing light household tasks such as laundry, dishes, sweeping, mopping, and general tidying - Helping clients with bathing, grooming, and dressing - Assisting with mobility, transfers, and ambulation - Following each client’s individualized care plan - Observing and documenting changes in clients’ conditions and communicating concerns to the nursing team - Maintaining open communication with clients, family members, supervisors, and fellow caregivers - Accurately completing timesheets and documenting services provided If you’re compassionate, dependable, and passionate about helping others, we’d love to welcome you to the Right at Home family.
