Join our dynamic care team and provide clinical expertise in-home, making a difference by helping people stay in the comfort of their homes. **Why join our team?** - **Flexible Scheduling** - Medical benefits - Access to Leadership - Client and Caregiver referral bonus - Caregiver of the Month recognition - Employee incentives (gift cards, bonuses) - Employee discount programs - Recognition, celebrations, and great team interaction - A company with a great reputation and National awards - Insurance through Aflac with employer contribution ($10/month) **Essential functions:** - Perform personal care activities to assist patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, ambulation/transfers, dressing/shaving. - Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions. - Accompany patients on errands or medical appointments. - Perform light housekeeping activities. - Perform patient-specific activities taught by a Right at Home nurse, such as providing hospice supportive care, medication reminders, assisting with prescribed range of motion exercises, care of bed-bound patients, incontinence care, and using lifting equipment like gait belts and Hoyer lifts. **Preferred experience:** - Hoyer lift - Personal care - Range of Motion Exercises - Foley care - Companionship - Light cleaning Fluency in English is required. **$50 referral bonus** if you refer a friend who works 6 months at 20 hours per week or 480 hours of work.
