We are dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care, ensuring our clients feel comfortable and supported in their own homes. **Responsibilities:** - Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities - Administer medication and monitor client health - Assist with mobility and transportation needs - Engage clients in social and recreational activities - Maintain a clean and safe living environment - Document and report any changes in client condition - Communicate effectively with clients and their families - Adhere to all safety and health regulations **Requirements:** - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare preferred - Compassionate and patient demeanor - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends - CPR and First Aid certification preferred - Background check and drug screening required - Reliable transportation to client's homes **About Us:** ComForCare Home Health Care has been serving the San Diego community with dedication and care for 20 years.
