**Benefits:** - Competitive salary - Flexible schedule - Opportunity for advancement The **Home Health Aide (HHA)** provides clients various personal care and homemaker/companion services in accordance with an established plan of care so that they can remain in their residence. **Essential Functions:** - Personal Care - Provide assistance with: bathing, dressing, grooming, skin care, back care, shampoo, oral hygiene, transfers, range of motion exercise, safe use of equipment and assistive devices (wheel chair), change of position, with toileting. - Companion/Sitter/Household Management - Provide companionship and respite services for family - Stand-by assist with transfers for fall risk clients - Client is paralyzed and the family needs immediate assistance for 2 hours daily (1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the evening.) **Qualifications/Educational Requirements:** - High school graduate or G.E.D certificate - Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job - Possess a valid driver's license and have use of an insured automobile or access to adequate transportation for the job - At least 1 year caregiving experience **Must be:** • Willing to keep client active • Good at communicating • Have driver's license and car with automobile insurance Compensation: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour # Live your best life possible while helping others live theirs.
