We are currently seeking reliable and compassionate caregivers to join our growing team. **Position Summary:** The Caregiver / Personal Care Aide provides non-medical assistance and companionship to seniors and individuals with disabilities or chronic conditions. This role plays a vital part in improving clients' quality of life while ensuring a safe and supportive home environment. **Key Responsibilities:** • Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting) • Provide companionship and emotional support • Perform light housekeeping and laundry • Prepare meals and assist with feeding • Support mobility, transfers, and daily activities • Provide medication reminders (non-medical) • Accompany clients to appointments and errands • Observe and report changes in client condition • Follow care plans and agency policies **Qualifications:** • Must be at least 18 years old • Authorized to work in the U.S. • Previous caregiving or CNA experience preferred (not required) • Reliable transportation preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Compassionate, dependable, and patient • Ability to assist with lifting (25–50 lbs) **Preferred Skills:** • CPR / First Aid Certification • Dementia or Alzheimer's care experience • CNA or HHA certification • Bilingual is a plus **Schedule Options:** • Full-time / Part-time • Live-in / Overnight shifts • PRN (as needed) • Weekend availability preferred **Compensation & Benefits:** • Competitive pay: $18–$20/hour • Weekly pay (direct deposit) • Flexible scheduling • Ongoing training and development • Supportive team environment Apply Today Join a team where your work truly matters.
