As a Caregiver, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through: - Coordinate a plan of care for residents, and provide information and support for families in coordination with Hospice staff and volunteers. - Decision making with guidance by Executive Director or Assistant Director(s). - Act as a liaison to families and friends of residents. - Help train program volunteers when necessary. Caregiver Hourly Rate: **$18.00 per hour** Caregiver Schedule: **Per Diem – Up to 19 hours a week. Hours vary depending on the needs of the program.
