Position Now Available: Career Coach Overview Our Career Coach position works one on one with individuals with a disability and aid in common areas of employment services (job readiness, job development, job coaching, etc.) Shift: Full Time; 40 hours per week Pay rate: $23.50/hr. Key Duties Will develop career exploration opportunities, job shadows, work-based learning experiences, paid or unpaid internships, and pre-post-employment service planning Assists individuals in attaining employment opportunities to fit their personal transition and career goals. Visits worksites to assess performance and progression of individuals’ workload. Maintains Department of Labor guidelines for work experience and career exploration for students and individuals with disabilities Qualifications Associate’s degree PLUS (1) years full time, paid, direct service experience OR High school diploma PLUS (3) years full time, paid, direct service experience Valid NYS Driver’s License w/ approved record Professional certification is a plus Perks Automatic PTO 10 Paid Holidays OFF!
