Staff have an opportunity to improve themselves and our company by joining our Fit Forward, Culture, Innovation and Green teams. **Responsibilities:** - Facilitate interview and resume workshops - Review, assess resumes, and create targeted resumes - Provide career advisement and guidance and assist in developing employment plans - Gain knowledge of WS1 current job openings and recruitment calendar - Direct appropriate candidates to recruitment events and/or to account management team - Learn and utilize nyc.gov/workforce1 website and required protocols - Identify candidates’ eligibility for specific job openings - Direct customers in need of job readiness assistance to onsite and offsite services - Direct customers with self-identified barriers to employment to appropriate partner services - Follow up with candidates as required - Perform data entry of customer information as needed - Facilitate orientation to new Workforce 1 customers as needed - Handle initial assessment as per funder guidelines - Collect and review customer information forms as needed - Understand ITG program and assist customers with ITG assessment, procedures, and application and follow up - Assist with Resource Room, front desk, and phone if required - Learn and adhere to funder guidelines and Grant guidelines - Perform all other duties as assigned **Requirements:** - B.A./B.S. preferred - Minimum 2 years' experience as a trainer, career advisor, or career coach - Experience facilitating workshops - Outstanding customer service skills - Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, data entry, 40wpm - Organized with the ability to multi-task and service a large volume of customers **Pay Range**: $24.04-$26.04/Hourly **About Us:** Grant Associates is a national workforce development company that is passionate about raising the economic security for the people, businesses, and communities we serve.
