You’ll provide personal care, support meals and dining, and communicate important changes in residents’ conditions to the Health & Wellness team. This role is key to ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality, individualized care every day. **What You’ll Do** - Follow each resident’s service plan in a friendly, respectful, and supportive manner - Document changes in resident condition per company policy and state requirements - Support Continuous Quality Improvement by identifying issues and communicating them to leadership - Adhere to all company policies and regulations including HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control guidelines - Promote a safe working environment and report unsafe actions immediately - Report any suspected elder maltreatment or abuse according to policy - Communicate effectively with fellow Care Partners regarding resident needs - Assist with meal service including serving, clearing, and dining room cleanliness - Foster teamwork, respect, and positive interactions with residents, families, and coworkers - Perform other duties as assigned **What We’re Looking For** - High School Diploma or equivalent required - At least one year of caregiving or similar experience - Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred - Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills - Ability to communicate clearly in English and complete documentation accurately - Strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail - Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and show initiative - Compassion for and desire to work with older adults - Ability to meet health requirements including TB testing - Ability to pass required fingerprinting, background checks, and screenings - Certifications as required by state - Occasional weekend, evening, or night shifts as needed for coverage - Occasional travel may be required **Join Milestone to make a meaningful impact through compassionate care, teamwork, and resident-centered service.** Milestone is an equal opportunity employer.
