## Overview ***Foothills Sports Medicine Physical Therapy,* a member of the Confluent Health family, is looking for a Full *T* *ime* Front Desk Medical Receptionist to join our Tatum Shea team!** - **Salary:** ~$17-$17.50/HR - **Location:** Phoenix, Arizona 85032 ## Responsibilities **You’ll Achieve Success By:** - **Managing front desk operations**, including patient check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, and referral coordination, while providing exceptional customer service. - **Verifying insurance coverage**, processing authorizations, and collecting payments to support accurate billing and ensure smooth patient access to care. - **Maintaining accurate patient records** by registering new patients, updating information in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, and preparing necessary documentation. - **Answering phone calls and assisting patients** in a courteous and professional manner while upholding HIPAA compliance and fostering a welcoming healthcare environment. ## Qualifications - High School Diploma/GED required - Basic office and customer service skills - Previous experience in a similar role desired but not required
