This position offers the opportunity to continue growing your skills while advancing your career within the organization.** **What You’ll Do:** **A day in this role may include:** - **Customer Interaction: Provide best-in-class customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.** - **Sales Support: Recite standard customer service greetings using an on-site electronic tablet and assist with executing sales initiatives and membership growth strategies.** - **Site Maintenance: Help ensure the facility, equipment, and grounds are clean, safe, and fully operational at all times.** - **Workflow Optimization: Support efforts to optimize vehicle throughput to minimize wait times and enhance the customer experience.** - **Safety & Compliance: Follow all company safety procedures and regulatory compliance standards.** - **Operational Support: Perform general housekeeping duties and monitor inventory levels to assist with restocking chemicals and supplies.** **Core Competencies** - **Customer-Centric Mindset** - **Results-Driven Execution** - **Safety & Operational Compliance** - **Effective Communication (Verbal and Written)** **Requirements** - **Age: At least 16 years of age.** - **Education: Read, write, and perform arithmetic calculations (such as making change) at an eighth-grade level.** - **Availability: Flexible availability to cover shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
