The Opportunity Coury Hospitality has an exciting opportunity for a Campus Engineering Manager supporting the dual-branded campus of TETRA Hotel, Autograph Collection and AC Hotel Sunnyvale Moffett Park. Together, these two distinctive Marriott brands offer a powerful blend of elevated luxury and modern simplicity, serving Silicon Valley’s leading tech, corporate, and campus-based clientele. As a Campus Sales Manager, You’ll: Lead and develop the Engineering team. Oversee maintenance operations across both hotels. Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical and life safety systems. Administer preventative maintenance programs. Ensure regulatory and safety compliance. Manage budgets, inventories, vendors and capital projects. Partner with Operations teams to support guest satisfaction. Support Director of Engineering with manager tasks and additional duties. Support campus-wide sales strategies, promotions, and special projects as assigned. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of engineering or facilities management experience. Strong technical knowledge of building systems. Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional presence. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, campus-based team environment.
