As the face of JLL on campus, you'll support the Facility Manager in providing exceptional client experiences through enhanced engagement, proactive communication, and high-touch service. You'll act as the primary liaison between building occupants and facility services, creating an environment where people feel welcomed, supported, and empowered to thrive. This position represents JLL's identity in appearance, demeanor, values, and ethics, making every interaction count. ## What your day-to-day will look like: - Serve as the initial point of contact for all client employee inquiries, issues, ticket management, troubleshooting, and feedback related to workplace services, with the primary goal of positively impacting the care of client floors and comfort of employees and guests - Conduct routine walkthroughs and assessments of the site to ensure the building is clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing, maintaining the high standards our clients expect - Support data collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure alignment with client goals and objectives, contributing to our culture of collaboration and continuous improvement - Comply with all requirements of the client contract and meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators that demonstrate our commitment to exceptional service delivery - Create and dispatch work order requests to technical staff, vendors, or other service providers, following up on outstanding issues to ensure timely resolution - Support the Facility Management and Maintenance team with ongoing facility and team-related responsibilities, including budgetary requests, financial analysis, reporting, and purchasing - Provide support for guests, visitors, and employees on their dedicated floors, ensuring everyone feels valued and well cared for - Comply with all safety procedures while maintaining good housekeeping and safety of work areas, recognizing danger and safety hazards and proposing methods to eliminate them ## Required qualifications: - 1-3 years minimum of relevant experience in hospitality, facility/property management, operations, and/or knowledge of commercial real estate - Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism with a genuine passion for hospitality - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail ## Preferred qualifications: - Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills and a track record of excellent internal and external customer service - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally across all levels of the organization - Excellent organizational skills and process management capabilities that support efficient operations This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
