Location: 📍2025 Satellite Pointe, Duluth, GA 30096 Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 6:00pm One of those nights will be 10am-7pm Fridays 8:30am - 5:30pm Saturdays 1-2X a month as needed to support career fairs and open house events Compensation: $23 - $26 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors. The Campus Admissions Coordinator (CAC) provides a high level of customer service to prospective students throughout the admissions process. This role supports the admissions team by assisting students with enrollment preparation, coordinating key admissions activities, and helping ensure a smooth transition from inquiry to class start. The CAC works closely with admissions leadership and campus departments to support student success and improve enrollment outcomes. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective and newly enrolled students throughout the admissions process Follow up with students via phone, email, and in-person consultations to support enrollment and class start preparation Assist students in understanding funding resources and navigating the admissions and financial aid process Coordinate and schedule student appointments, orientation sessions, and campus visits Maintain accurate student records and update contact history within the student information system Monitor and track prospective student progression to support class start forecasting Collaborate with Admissions, Financial Aid, Career Services, and Student Services teams to support student needs Provide support for admissions events and campus engagement activities Assist with admissions documentation and ensure required enrollment files are completed and compliant Maintain admissions communications and campus information boards Participate in weekly admissions and campus meetings Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Admissions Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Admissions, education, or customer service experience preferred Familiarity with financial aid processes is a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Strong customer service mindset and commitment to student success Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Comfortable working with diverse populations Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems What We Offer 401(k) and Matching: Secure your future with our competitive retirement savings plan.
